Smith brings more than three decades of experience advising companies and executives through periods of change, opportunity and heightened scrutiny. Most recently, he served as President, Corporate, North America at Allison Worldwide, where he helped build and lead the firm’s corporate practice and counseled organizations across the technology, professional services, financial services, industrial and healthcare sectors.

His expertise spans corporate reputation, capital markets communications, crisis and issues management, executive positioning, stakeholder engagement, social impact and integrated communications. Earlier in his career, Smith held senior roles at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and Fleishman-Hillard, as well as positions at GCI Group and Makovsky.
